Two minutes and forty-five seconds of bullshit!
Honestly, when I saw this, I was like... Oh shit... maybe Amegada here made something with sprites that didn't suck! But alas, I was wrong. My expectations went down the gutter. It was just another lame attempt at making a Mario flash. Ok... Moving right along...
Good Points:
Uh... Uhhhhh... Crap... Why doesn't this flash have any good points?
Bad Points:
- FRAMERATE: Ok, so there's this problem I have with people who up the framerate just to get a better score. I hate to break it to you like this, kid, but a higher framerate doesn't mean a better flash, it just means LONGER TWEENS! Which means your movie is exactly the same by proportion.
- VOICE ACTING: Dude.. I dont know who the hell did that Mario voice, but it sounded NOTHING like him... Seriously. If they replaced the guy who's doing Mario's voice for Nintendo with the guy who voiced your flash, conspiracy would rise on the subject of Mario's sexuality.
- GRAPHICS: I'm not the type to complain about people using sprites, so I won't knock you about that. Lets start with Mario sleeping. Okay... you tweened him so that it looks more like he's... not sleeping, but doing.. something else? And how about that snow? I hope you don't mind me asking, but are you retarded? Instead of spamming a bunch of alpha'd movie clips on the screen, you can actually CODE some REAL snow... You know that, I know that, Jake the Cat (who died yesterday) knows that, the whole world knows that.
- EFFORT: This looks like it took less effort than your DBZ flash did. Seriously. I was watching the credits, and what did you DO except tween? Psycosis made the music, you probably took the sound effects from Rebaz(AGAIN), that guy with the speach impediment did ALL of the voices (which is sad because YOU have a mic and I've HEARD you voice act before), and you DOWNLOADED ALL of your sprites (Including Peach's Castle) from some big name sprite site. Damn, man... what were you thinking?
- HUMOR: This was more boring than watching paint dry... No... It was more boring than watching MSPaint dry. The scripting, voice acting, and the cheezy background music made me feel like I was watching PBS Kids or something... The only problem is if I showed this to a 3 year old, he'd fall asleep, wake up, and start crying. Everything in this movie screamed out LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAME. The screaming was so loud, it gave me a headache.
Anyway, this is afrodave signing off... PEACE!! And happy new year.(and for God's sake, try to do better than this)
